The buffet breakfast offered a variety of Vietnamese and international dishes. The hotel provided excellent tour services, offering a great deal on a Halong Bay tour and a Ninh Binh day tour. Additionally, they offered a free airport transfer and discounted massages for guests who booked a 2-day tour. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed and a super single bed. We were greeted with a refreshing fresh fruit drink upon arrival, and our bags were already waiting for us in the room after our Halong Bay Cruise. the hotel even provided us with three options for a packed breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. the service from the staff was excellent, always with a smile. the hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to the Sapa express bus and plenty of street food choices, shops, and attractions nearby.
