The breakfast had a decent selection, and the staff at the reception and during breakfast were kind and helpful. One standout moment was when we accidentally left some clothes on the bed, and the cleaning staff placed them neatly on the floor for us to find. Despite some minor inconveniences such as noise from the corridor and the lack of plug near the beds, our overall experience at Crosti Hotel was exceptional. We highly recommend it.
