During my stay here, I found the location to be very convenient as it was just a short walk away from the central train station and right by the metro stop. Although the surrounding area may not be too lively, I did not have any issues with safety or security. The room amenities were also impressive, with everything from a mini-bar to soundproofed rooms. Additionally, the spa and wellness center on site helped me unwind after a long day of traveling.

I highly recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The swimming pool had limited hours, only opening at 10am and closing at 7pm. Additionally, the decor in the rooms appeared to be outdated.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was very convenient, being just a short walk away from the central train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and also access transportation to other destinations. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and modern, with spacious bathrooms that were exceptionally clean. We also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the electric kettle and minibar. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food and the coffee was really good. we were impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

The Crowne Plaza Milan City is a modern hotel conveniently located near the main train station and Sondrio Metro station. As a tourist, I found it easy to explore the city with the metro right next to the hotel. The staff, especially Ms. Laura Rizzi, Mr. Franco, and Ms. Veronica, made my stay even more enjoyable with their friendly and helpful service. I was even granted early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability, which I greatly appreciated. The comfortable beds and pillows ensured a good night's sleep, and the rooms were clean. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Milan.

For the value, the room was spotless and the bed/pillows were super comfy. The location was ideal, close to the train station and metro. The staff treated us like royalty, especially the kind receptionist. We will definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by offering more variety.
