The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my entire stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests or questions I had. the breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient as it was situated near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

The swimming pool had limited hours, only opening at 10am and closing at 7pm. Additionally, the decor in the rooms appeared to be outdated.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was very convenient, being just a short walk away from the central train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and also access transportation to other destinations. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and modern, with spacious bathrooms that were exceptionally clean. We also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the electric kettle and minibar. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food and the coffee was really good. we were impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Milan City was a delightful experience. The hotel room exceeded my expectations with its comfortable bed and blackout curtains, allowing me to sleep in peacefully. Although the hotel had a few minor issues, such as a mix-up with the room type and a non-functioning phone, the staff quickly rectified the situation. The shower in my room was also slightly distorted, causing water to splash around.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the free car parking and the convenience of being able to leave our bags with reception before check-in.
