The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the hot springs were a great experience and a highlight of our trip. the room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the location was ideal, with great views of the volcano and easy access to the town.

The vegetarian options at the snack bar and dinner menu were limited, which was a bit disappointing. the gym was too hot to use due to the lack of air conditioning.

The staff went above and beyond to make my experience excellent. The rooms were modern, clean, and had huge bathrooms. I loved waking up to a beautiful volcano view and sleeping like a baby in the comfortable bed. The hotsprings were a cool and unique experience, and the swim-up bar was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the thermal pools during the day with minimal crowds, allowing us to relax without any disturbances. The newly built rooms were well-equipped and spotless, resembling a small spa with its spacious stone bathrooms. The comfortable bed, stunning volcano views from the top bar, and delicious made-to-order breakfast added to the delightful experience. We were truly impressed and will definitely return if we visit Costa Rica again.
