We had a fantastic stay at Hotel De La Pace. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk to the main squares and attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the decor was lovely. We especially loved the bright and big bathroom. The staff were always friendly and ready to help, whether it was recommending a restaurant or ordering a taxi for us. The breakfast included a variety of fresh and delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.

the hotel, part of the Sure Hotel Collection, was comfortable and had everything I needed for a restful stay. the room was a good size, and I especially loved the spacious bathroom with a bathtub. It was a nice touch to have a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. On the ground floor, there was plenty of space with comfortable armchairs where I could relax or enjoy a drink. the breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of pastries and cakes. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, not far from a charming square and within reach of the Academy gallery, where I could see the famous David statue. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with a dog. the price, location, and inclusive breakfast exceeded my expectations.

The bed was very comfortable, the room quite big and furnished with style. In general, the whole hotel appeared to be decorated with a similar pleasant style. The 4 people bedroom consisted of 3 single beds and a sofa-bed. Breakfast had sweet things mostly but was quite nice. The lobby was comfortable with a small bar, computers with internet access, lounge chairs, and even a piano. Staff was very informative and friendly, speaking multiple languages.

The rooms were recently refurbished, which was a nice surprise. They even had a smartphone in the room that guests can use, so you don't have to worry about losing your personal data. Great idea! the location was also excellent, just a short walk from the center of town. And the breakfast had a simple but decent selection of food.

On the first day, we were told to ask reception for air conditioning. But when we called to ask for it, we were told that it couldn't be used before June!

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of foods to choose from. We also had a balcony with a stunning view of the skyline, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and dressing area. We felt safe knowing there was an in-room safe and that the rooms were soundproofed. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, sink, and free toiletries. The television had a flat-screen with cable/satellite channels, and there were data ports available. The parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and practical, with a beautiful little balcony that offered a lovely atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to all the important sites, just down the road from St Marco's square and a short walk to the Accademia. The breakfast included in the rate was great, with a wide variety of options including pastries, eggs, bacon, and Italian cheeses and hams. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing gluten-free options upon request.

The breakfast at Hotel De La Pace was delicious and satisfying. They had a great variety of cheese, scrambled eggs, fruit, and different types of tea. I especially enjoyed the herbal and English breakfast tea with lemon. It was the perfect start to my day in Florence.
