I simply cannot believe how overpriced this hotel is for such limited offerings. The rooftop bar was closed, and oh, the bathroom taps were a complete disaster, wasting water endlessly. I expected a complimentary upgrade as a gesture for my troubles, but apparently, I must've been mistaken about the level of service I deserved. What a shame.

What a stunning spot! We had the most lekker drinks at the rooftop bar, Cielo—those views are something else! Staff were champs, accommodating all our needs with a smile. The deluxe room overlooking the courtyard was just magic, really loved it!

The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was a

hassle for them, accommodating our requests effortlessly. While the rooftop restaurant offered stunning views and a delightful dinner, breakfast pricing seemed steep at €40. Overall, our deluxe room was a cozy retreat overlooking the courtyard, making our stay quite enjoyable.

However, check-in was slower than a tortoise on a lazy day, and finding the bar felt like a wild treasure hunt! And draught beer? Forget about it. in this heat?

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the top of the Spanish Steps, making it easy to explore Rome's main attractions. Though my room was decent and comfortable, breakfast wasn't included, which could be a downside at €33. The staff, however, were consistently friendly and efficient.
