the charming hotel is perfectly located and the staff is incredibly friendly. They were always there to answer our questions and made us feel welcome. the room was tastefully furnished, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful view outside our window. the marble bathroom was clean and luxurious. Starting each day with a delicious breakfast was a perfect way to begin exploring the city.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps within walking distance. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and calling taxis when needed. the room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views from the windows overlooking the courtyard and rooftops.

The hotel did not offer free Wi-Fi, unlike other hotels we had stayed in during our trip. This was especially important for our teenage granddaughter.

I loved the convenience of the location. It was close to major tourist areas and shopping areas, making it easy to explore and shop. Additionally, having a supermarket, pharmacy, and cafe nearby was very convenient for any essential needs. the staff were also very helpful and nice, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The pillows were uncomfortable and flat, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the air conditioning in the room was not working well and despite efforts to fix it, the room remained warm.

Also appreciated the staff going above and beyond to take care of my wedding dress. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with all the main attractions within walking distance. Plus, the room was clean and had all necessary amenities.

Early morning noise from the street, but the double-glazed windows did a good job of blocking it out. the heating/air conditioning unit wasn't working, but it wasn't a big issue during our visit.
