The owner was an interesting and picturesque man, with a wealth of culture and great to converse with. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood in the old part of town, with stunning views of the grande Jorasses from our room. The proximity to the ski slopes was a major plus, and the fact that there was free parking made our stay even more convenient.

We loved the lovely old building with its charming atmosphere, located on a quiet cobbled street in Dolonne. The hotel's proximity to the bus stop made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a good restaurant/pizzeria just a few minutes' walk away. The location was perfect for skiing, as it was within walking distance to the Dolonne gondola, and we even had the option to ski back down to the village. Additionally, we found it easy to walk to the nearby city of Courmayeur or take a bus if preferred. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, especially with our very early departure. The breakfast provided each day was delicious, and we also found the dinner at the hotel to be good value for money. we would definitely recommend this hotel.
