Enjoy Milano Skyline exceeded my expectations in every way. Vanessa, the helpful travel adviser, went above and beyond to assist us with our lost luggage. She contacted the airport, helped us purchase tickets for an AC Milan game, and even booked our train tickets back to Rome to retrieve our belongings. the hotel itself was impeccable - the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities such as the A/C and massage shower added a touch of luxury. the location was fantastic, with the train station, bus stop, and metro station all within close proximity. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly exceptional. the breakfast provided a variety of delicious options, and the cappuccino was the perfect way to start the day. I would definitely choose Enjoy Milano Skyline again on my next trip to Italy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the village of Koutouloufari. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the modern style added to its charm. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool with its beautiful mountain view. The friendly staff made me feel very welcomed, particularly George and his hardworking team. The location in the village was perfect, with many shops and restaurants nearby, creating a true Creta vibe.

The walls are not very soundproof, which can lead to some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.
