I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience. the location of this hotel is ideal as it is conveniently close to the shopping mall and just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it easy to commute to downtown and explore the vibrant city. Additionally, the staff provided top-notch service, always going above and beyond to assist with any needs or questions I had. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly valued as a guest.

I recently stayed at the Civic Hotel for a weekend getaway in Surrey. The SMS system for communicating with the staff was fantastic. I could request extra towels and amenities, arrange room cleaning, and even get information about food delivery services, all through text. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room layout was unique but practical. The lobby was small but stunning. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the Skytrain station made it super convenient to explore the city.

The staff is welcoming, attentive, and even went the extra mile to find a bar fridge upon request. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it a great choice for those who want to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area.

Felt completely at ease during our stay, no complaints whatsoever.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed to get to, and it was very convenient to have many restaurants and shops nearby, as well as being close to the sky train. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and even wedding services available. We appreciated the welcome drink and the room amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a refrigerator. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were no negative aspects to this place - we recommend it to everyone. The leisure facilities, including the sauna, swimming pool, and rooftop pool, were fantastic.

my recent stay in surrey was amazing, but this long-term stay at autograph collection surpassed all expectations. the comfortable bed, touch-activated mirror, and convenient location near the metro and bus stop made my stay exceptional. highly recommend autograph collection.

Courtyard events create noise disturbance.

Our room had a stunning mountain view and was impeccably clean with friendly staff. The hotel's location was ideal for accessing the Sky Train and T&T Market. Would recommend despite minor noise from Sky Train and no fridge in the room. a great Autograph Collection stay.

the hotel was a great find! from the beautiful views to the spacious and comfortable room, everything exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. i especially loved how conveniently located the hotel was, just a short walk from the train station that took me directly to the waterfront.

Lovely trip - appreciated getting a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates upon arrival, as well as having access to the hot tub. Great that there was a Starbucks and a movie theater nearby.

It was also frustrating that we had to walk quite a distance to find a decent restaurant.

The value for the money was fantastic and the room was beautifully modern with a stunning view. The location was convenient with the Skytrain station nearby, making it easy to get around. The staff treated us like VIPs and even surprised us with complimentary wine and chocolates for our anniversary.

The food for breakfast could use some improvement.

The hotel had a modern and clean look, with new rooms that were nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and shops.

There were several aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the parking situation was a major drawback.
