The location is wonderful for walking distance to great restaurants, art museum, shopping, the big beautiful park, the theater, and many other attractions. The service here is warm and friendly. The staff were all very helpful and seemed to work hard to replenish, however, and were courteous. The rooms are comfortable, and the amenities provided such as the terrace, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms were all top-notch. The dining options were excellent, with a buffet breakfast and a lovely restaurant that served delicious food. I also appreciated the free toiletries and electric kettle in the room. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a superb stay at Ercolini & Savi. The location is excellent with ample parking in the area. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. The hotel lived up to its 4-star rating, with comfortable and clean rooms. This was our second visit, and we would gladly return for another stay. The hotel is situated in a charming neighborhood, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, spas, and the town hall/art museum.

Finding the hotel was not obvious.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Being just a short walk from the train station made it easy to take day trips to nearby cities. the breathtaking views from the balcony of my room were an extra bonus that I truly enjoyed.

The noise level at night was a bit bothersome. I could hear the sounds from outside and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult for me to sleep peacefully.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ercolini & Savi for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and classy, with a cosy lobby, terrace, and bar area. The location was ideal, close to the train station and the thermal building. I had a lovely quiet room at the side of the hotel and the meals provided were delicious, thanks to Luca and the dining staff. The room was cleaned perfectly every day and I appreciated the nice decor in the lobby. I had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and decorated in a lovely art nouveau style. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had plenty of seating for relaxation. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and the complimentary Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, although showering in the bath was a bit slippery. The room storage was impressive with a large wardrobe. Breakfast was satisfactory, and despite the somewhat indifferent waiting staff, it was enough to start the day. I had a very nice experience and would definitely return if given the opportunity.

After spending a week at a charming hotel in Montecatini Terme, we were thrilled with our stay. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and shops just steps away. We especially appreciated the free drink at the bar for conserving water by not requesting daily room cleaning.
