The reception area was stunning! Our stylish room had breathtaking views towards the mountains, and we were just a short stroll from everything in the center.

The ancient windows let in more noise than a karaoke night! And those beds? Might as well be slumbering on a historical relic.

the room key was like something out of a horror movie, so antiquated and cumbersome. Plus, I was greeted with noise near the lifts, which, of course, wasn't in my 'royal' expectations. Expected to have a complimentary upgrade or at least a courtesy gesture for putting up with the chaos—almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

the hotel was a fantastic base with easy access to major attractions, like the stunning Terme Tamerici just a short walk away, and its cozy atmosphere made it a pleasure to return after a long day exploring the town's beautiful parks and landmarks.

The atmosphere was charming, with the hotel’s vintage decor adding character. Breakfast was impressive, featuring fresh, diverse options. The staff were friendly, always ready to lend a hand, making our time truly enjoyable.

However, we did experience a bit of nighttime traffic noise from our room, which could be bothersome. Also, inquiring about the bathroom layout upfront ensured we had a comfortable setup, so I recommend checking that out.

Conveniently located in Montecatini Terme, the hotel is just a short stroll away from great restaurants and chic shops, making it easy to explore the area.

The bathroom could use some modernization, as the shower setup felt outdated with a curtain that sticks. The towels were smaller than expected.

the dinner was a disaster, sat next to a noisy air grill. ice cream scoop was a joke—one even had large chunks of ice! also, my son-in-law had to change his shirt while others were exempt. woudl ve been nice to recieve some special treatment, after all, i expected better. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Great wifi, friendly staff, and a lovely snack bar. Bathroom unexpectedly modern. Parking was tricky.

The hotel is elegant and near tons of attractions, including the Lucca Summer Festival and Lucca Comics & Games. The staff were super helpful, and we loved the quick walk to everything. Breakfast was good, but I recommend exploring local cafes too!

One downside was my allergies to the rugs in the room, which affected my stay a bit. Also, gluten-free options at breakfast could be better, especially since I have Celiac. But overall, we had an enjoyable time and would come back!

We celebrated our anniversary here and the staff treated us like royalty! they organized a little romantic dinner surprise, and the dinner was amazing, so fresh and flavorful! We even had breakfast on the lovely patio and made memories over steaming cups of coffee, it was pure bliss.

It wasn’t pocket change, but worth every penny for the experience!

Howay, man! The location's spot on near the railway station, and the breakfast spread was canny lush! Just wish there was a bit more veggie choice for dinner, like. Still, the staff were dead helpful and our room was tidy as a pin!

The cozy TV room was a great spot to unwind after a long day, and we loved the beautiful patio area for evening relaxation. Our room had plenty of storage, but the way the keys were old-fashioned was a bit quirky. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting for the local sights! 😊

Location was perfect. we could walk to everything, and the breakfast was exceptional, offering a great variety. from hot scrambled eggs to fresh pastries.

Some areas feel a bit dated, and the quality of dinner could improve, especially in terms of variety.

The staff went above and beyond to help me organize a cake that was super cute and tasty. Breakfast was delicious, with the best options I’ve found in Italy. Only thing was that the walls were a bit thin, so we heard the neighbors a lot. Still, awesome stay overall.
