I recently stayed at this hotel and I was amazed by the luxurious and modern facilities. The location was perfect, situated in a central area of Rome but away from the busy tourist spots. It only took me about a half hour car ride to reach the sights in the old part of the city. This provided a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The room itself was well-equipped and had beautiful views overlooking the pool.

I must admit that the customer service at this venue could have been better. The staff did not apologize for any inconveniences until I asked to speak with their manager.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had a double balcony which was perfect for relaxing after a day of touring. The staff was friendly and fluent in English and Spanish, making communication easy. The hotel facilities were great, with vending machines on each floor for convenient snacks and drinks. The location was relatively near the airport and on the outskirts of the city, making it a peaceful and residential area away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast provided was delicious and the pool area was beautiful and well-maintained.

Almost perfect. The only small issue was that there were no chairs or furniture on the balcony, making it unusable for enjoying the beautiful view. Additionally, there were not enough sun loungers or umbrellas for shade by the pool.

Free parking and great pool, but…

I recently stayed at a hotel outside of the city center and was pleasantly surprised to find free parking and a fantastic swimming pool. The location was also convenient, just a short walk to the subway station. However, there were some major drawbacks. Secondly, there was a loud party in the hotel restaurant until 1 am that kept me up all night, and the room was not clean with stains on the floor and a dirty bathtub. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even gave me a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. And let me tell you, the bed was incredibly comfortable - I had the best night's sleep. The cherry on top was the pool. It was absolutely stunning - large and spacious with plenty of sun loungers. I spent hours relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun. this hotel exceeded my expectations by a country mile.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

As foreign tourists, we loved the excellent pool and the spacious rooms with a balcony overlooking it. The bar, cafe, and restaurant all offered delicious food and friendly service. The helpful and humorous front desk staff made our stay enjoyable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern furniture in our room at Ergife Palace. The cleaning service was excellent, and the staff at the restaurant and bar were friendly. The swimming pool was cool and comfortable, perfect for both adults and kids. The hotel's location provided a quiet and calm atmosphere, and there was a nice territory around the hotel to explore. The free water bottles in the room were a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.
