The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Porlezza, on the eastern shore of Lake Lugano. It is close to the bus stop for the C12 bus from Menaggio to Lugano, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The lovely cooling lake is just a short walk away from the hotel, offering a refreshing escape on hot days.

The rooms do not have air conditioning, which can make it uncomfortable during the summer months.

The hotel offered great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was ideal, right in the center of Porlezza, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The noise at night, which could be improved.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, it's right in front of the lake with a beautiful view. the service was impeccable, the staff was so friendly! They made us feel at home right away. We also loved that the hotel offered a spa service, which was perfect for a relaxing weekend.

The lack of air conditioning or fans really made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The lake area can be very warm in the summer months and it made it difficult to sleep well at night.

Excellent Italian food with lake view. Best location in town. Umbrellas provided during rain. Lovely town to explore with local restaurants.
