Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooftop pool was a highlight, especially during the summer when we could relax and soak up the sun. The breakfast, although a bit restrictive with staff serving the food, was delicious and satisfying. We were lucky to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully decorated junior suite. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always warm and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the cocktails at the downstairs bar - they were top-notch! we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

The concierge desk at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel was extremely helpful and made our trip worth it. They were great at communication and even arranged tour guides for us. The housekeeping staff was also polite and efficient, ensuring our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to major sites, making it easy to explore Rome. The building itself is splendid, with a grand and impressive design. The friendly staff and the grand location added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the hotel staff addressed any issues we had promptly, showing their commitment to providing excellent service.

We experienced a long wait at the reception desk every time we needed assistance. The staff seemed preoccupied with their computer screens and sometimes forgot requests, such as our twin beds.

Enjoyed my stay in this luxurious hotel. The high ceilings and stunning large rooms made the stay even more special. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good with many options. The hotel is located close to all the main areas of interest and the Republica metro station is right outside the hotel. The beautiful location in the centre of a busy area made our trip even more memorable.

Unfortunately on the morning of check out, the lifts weren't working, which caused a mad rush to get our luggage down the four flights of stairs to catch our booked taxi.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. When we arrived early, they held our bags and even offered us a room to rest in while we waited. I had a wonderful and enjoyable experience - I highly recommend this hotel!

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation géographique optimale à proximité immédiate des transports en commun. Le métro et le tramway sont à quelques pas de l'hôtel, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans la ville. De plus, nous nous sommes rendu compte grâce aux commentaires que le centre commercial était également à proximité, ce qui était très pratique pour faire du shopping. La chambre était confortable et bien équipée, avec un lit douillet et une salle de bain moderne. Nous avons également apprécié le service de ménage efficace qui nous a laissé une chambre impeccable chaque jour.

Nous avons été déçus par le manque de propreté dans notre chambre la deuxième fois que nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel. Malheureusement, le nettoyage était fait de façon superficielle, ce qui était assez mécontentant.

I recently stayed at the Anantara in Rome for a week-long vacation. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Termini and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The room was absolutely amazing, with a great city view and plenty of space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, offering exceptional food and stunning views. The staff were understanding and always ready to help.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were particularly great with my 4-year-old, making our stay enjoyable for the whole family. The hotel's central location was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore the main tourist attractions. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a mezzanine suite, which was clean and just the right size. The hotel's proximity to cafes, bars, and public transportation, including the metro and station, made everything very convenient. I also appreciated that the staff organized a doctor to come to the hotel for our PCR test, saving us time and hassle. our experience was smooth, relaxed, and enjoyable. The pool was definitely a plus, especially for our little one. Thanks to the entire team at Anantara for a wonderful stay!

There were a few aspects of our stay that we found disappointing. our room was not ready at the regular check-in time, causing us to wait longer than expected.
