I stayed at Hotel Fenice for a few days with my son to visit the expo. The location was ideal, with the metro just outside the hotel and only two stops away from the cathedral. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The room we received was spacious and had a terrace, which was a nice bonus. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to explore.

I had such a fantastic stay! The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The hotel was also spotlessly clean and had all the facilities I needed. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the subway station and surrounded by a plethora of bars and eateries.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, being literally next to Porta Venezia metro station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get around. There were also plenty of cafes all around, which was great for grabbing a quick bite or a cup of coffee. The room was clean and comfortable, with crisp cotton bed linen and a comfortable bed. The staff were pleasant and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, breakfast offered a good selection of both English and continental-style foods.

The hallway leading up to our room was slightly dingy and could have used a fresh coat of paint.
