The rooftop decks and patios at The Betsy Hotel provided a serene and breathtaking view. We loved sitting there and soaking in the atmosphere and beauty. The hotel's layout, although eccentric, added to its charm and uniqueness. The staff was responsive and friendly, quickly addressing any issues we had with our room. The beach area, just a short walk away, was easily accessible, and the staff there provided excellent service. The on-site restaurant at the hotel was also outstanding, with delicious food and attentive service. The Betsy Hotel provided an old-world, distinguished level of decoration and service that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The rooftop pool and bar are special, with great service and food. The library offers a quiet retreat, and the hotel restaurant serves amazing meals accompanied by live piano music.

The hotel was quite expensive compared to other options in the area. Additionally, the pool deck was often overcrowded, making it difficult to find a spot to relax and enjoy the amenities.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on Ocean Ave and close to all the attractions in this city. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. I really appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism.

The hotel had a great location, situated on the beachfront with access to many restaurants and bars. The back alley location offered the Alley restaurant, with Italian food at lower prices. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with attentive housekeeping staff.

There was poor service at times which detracted from an otherwise great stay.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with two pools and a rooftop deck offering stunning views of the city and ocean. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff provided outstanding service. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's focus on arts and couture was a unique touch, with a large library and free music and lectures.
