For the price we paid, we got incredible value and a spacious, modern room. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions and the train station. The staff at Number Nine were amazing, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were exceptional. Parking was available and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel's location near the Duomo made it convenient to visit all the attractions in this city. The staff were attentive and quick to provide any assistance I needed, from the mixologist in the well-appointed bar to the breakfast service.

The hotel is conveniently located in a great area, within walking distance to many museums and attractions. The rooms are beautifully designed and clean, with attention to detail such as welcome chocolates and restocked toiletries. The staff is friendly and helpful, even assisting with last-minute dinner reservations. The gym is top-notch, with a wide range of equipment and plenty of free weights.

The breakfast room could use some improvement, with a slightly lacking vegetarian choice and not as flavorful produce as expected.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at a boutique hotel in the heart of the city! Loved the complementary gifts of cookies and sparkling wine waiting in our room upon arrival, as well as the festive decorations throughout the hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options.

The gym had limited opening hours, which made it difficult with our busy schedule. it would have been nice to have windows that could be opened for some fresh air, but sadly this wasn't possible due to the hotel's layout.

I had a fabulous time at the Private Spa, feeling like a time-traveling princess in the 15th century vaults. The Breakfast Box was a delightful surprise, enjoyed in the comfort of my room. And the fitness classes were a blast, especially the disco dancing!

The wifi was so considerate, constantly making me log in. How thoughtful.

The breakfast selection was one of the best I had in Italy, with plenty of choices to satisfy every palate. my stay at Hotel Number Nine was amazing and I highly recommend it.
