We stumbled upon Friendly Venice Suites at the last minute and it turned out to be a fantastic find. The suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to the Accademia vaporetto station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily to perfection. We also enjoyed the typical Italian breakfast each morning. our experience at Friendly Venice Suites was exceptional and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

The location of the hotel is perfect, conveniently close to almost everything. It is situated in an old Italian apartment just next to the Academia vaporetto stop, away from the crowds but close to all major sights. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have hot water. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and more. The beautiful rooms are packed with old Venice charm and the wifi is free and works well.

Spent Christmas in a hotel with lovely surroundings and atmosphere. The two things that stood out the most were the quality of the breakfast and the comfortable bed.
