I recently stayed at Urban Newtown and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a compact but well-maintained bathroom. I even received a surprise upgrade! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. It was just a short walk to the Enmore Theatre and the fantastic shops and restaurants of Newtown. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was despite the central location. The complimentary wine in the foyer was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Excellent location, comfy and clean rooms, nice toiletries, complimentary soft drinks, good breakfast with fruit, Nespresso machines in the room.

We absolutely loved staying at this place. The location was fantastic, right in the lovely area of Newtown. It was so convenient to be walking distance to the green area of plants for Enmore Theatre concerts, as well as the shops, restaurants, and bars on King St. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, especially a particular female staff member who went above and beyond. The facilities were excellent, including the free toiletries, kitchen with cookware and utensils, and the comfortable seating and dining area. We also appreciated the amenities provided such as the laundry service and the pet-friendly options. The room itself was clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed, from the ironing facilities to the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV and the dining and lounge area were great additions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends. It was truly a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back in the future.

The rooms are incredibly spacious with a surprisingly well-equipped kitchenette and a seriously cool industrial chic vibe. The staff are always friendly, positive, and super helpful. The indoor courtyard is a quirky oasis and they provide fresh fruit, tea, and coffee all day. The happy hour in the lobby at 2pm and breakfast snacks in the morning are mind-blowing. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of the train station and all the amazing street art and bars in town. This was my second visit and I will definitely be back!

We stayed in a hotel with a great location, just a short walk to the Newport train station and close to the centre of the neighbourhood. We also discovered a fantastic middle eastern restaurant called Cairo which was just across the road. Additionally, we could walk to so many restaurants and enjoy delicious meals in the area. The room was comfortable and soundproof from traffic, with a king-size bed and large rain fall shower head. The staff was friendly and gave good advice about the area.

We had trouble with parking as there were only potentially 5 spots available at the hotel, costing $40 per night. The limited street parking was only for 2 hours, which made it quite challenging to move the car every 2 hours due to ruthless parking inspections.

The Urban Newtown offers a prime location in the heart of Newtown/Enmore, with easy access to restaurants, bookshops, cafes, and pubs. The hotel is conveniently situated near bus and train stations, allowing for effortless connections to the CBD. The rooms are new, surprisingly quiet, and feature very comfortable beds. Guests can enjoy a great breakfast at the cafe next door and have a nice looking restaurant just steps away. Additionally, there is a tempting Turkish ice cream shop across the road.

Can't fault the property.

We loved the spacious and clean room with a great shower and kitchenette. Although we were a bit chilly with only a doona, the air-con helped. The location was perfect with free parking every night and delicious snacks in the foyer. we recommend Urban Newtown Aparthotel.

The hotel offered two nice complementary perks, a Nespresso machine and kitchenette set up. The location was key, close to a train station and plenty of good restaurants. Another advantage was the comfortable bed provided during our stay.

There were some negatives during our experience. The elevator felt unstable and the room's floor was hard and uncomfortable.
