We had the most amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were greeted with a warm welcome drink and given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could ask for, including a mini-bar and a balcony with stunning views of the mountains and lake. The hotel's location on a hill above the town provided the perfect backdrop for outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, with a wide selection of delicious options and the option to order freshly made omelettes, pancakes, and waffles. In the afternoon, the hotel offered complimentary tea, coffee, finger food, and cakes. our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we cannot wait to come back.

The location of the hotel was fantastic for my business trip. It was within walking distance of the town center and had a shuttle service available as well. The view was also amazing, and it was a great way to start my day during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my stay at the hotel - delicious and varied options that catered to different tastes and dietary needs.

The soundproofing of the hotel was not up to par. I'm a light sleeper, and I could hear almost everything happening in the adjacent rooms, from zipping bags to rolling luggage.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. The free hotel bus was convenient for exploring the local town.
