I recently stayed at Generator and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere and decoration of the hotel were fantastic. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the room was not noisy at all. The modern lift was a nice touch. The coffee and food in the bar were delicious. The hotel is enjoyable for both young people and adults with kids. The bathroom may not be perfect, but it still deserves an 8 out of 10.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque sight of the city. Additionally, the location was ideal, being close to all the main attractions. The quick and hassle-free check-in/out process was a plus point.

There were a few aspects that really disappointed me. there was no kitchen or fridge available, making it difficult to store our food.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of San Marco square. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the water bus stop, and the staff treated us with warmth and friendliness.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I stayed at Generator for 3 nights on a leisure trip. The room was spotless and cozy, with a lovely view. The lasagna I tried from their restaurant was absolutely delicious. They have an elevator up to the 2nd floor, making it convenient for guests. The location was great, easily accessible to the city's vibrant atmosphere yet still peaceful in the evenings. The double room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby offered fast internet and had a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for hanging out and meeting new people.

We had an amazing time at this hostel. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The place was stunning and had fantastic communal areas. We met so many people and had a blast with the different activities offered each night. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, particularly the spritz. The location was perfect, away from the tourist craze but easily accessible to the city center. The local cafes and restaurants served delicious food and drinks. We can't wait to return.

I got great value for my money at Generator in Venice. The room was comfortable with nice beds and two bathrooms on the floor. The location was perfect, just a minute walk to the water bus station and with a great view. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Food for breakfast could have been better, maybe more variety.

I had a fantastic stay at Generator in Giudecca. I spent 3 nights there and loved the comfortable and safe atmosphere. The hostel has plenty of social space to meet other travelers, but also provides private areas for some alone time. The beds were comfortable and the location in Giudecca was quiet and away from the busy tourist areas. The hostel staff were friendly and helpful, and there were amenities like supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It was also conveniently located just a short waterbus ride away from San Marco - S. Zaccaria. I would gladly stay here again.

Nothing not to love.

I stayed at Generator for a weekend trip and loved it! The hotel had a luxurious feel with modern decor, but at the price of a hostel. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They even opened the bar for us so we could enjoy a nightcap. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the lounge area was beautiful and had reasonably-priced coffee and food. it met my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful advice and answering any questions I had. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern facilities.

The limited selection and average taste did not justify the price. Additionally, the reception staff could have been more attentive and informative, as I had to seek out information on what to do in the area on my own.

The location of the hotel was ideal, away from the busy areas but easily accessible by a short water taxi ride. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a 20% discount at the bar for residents. The rooms had proper air conditioning, making them cool and comfortable.

Only one bathroom for a dorm of 16 girls was a little difficult to manage.

For the price, the dorm beds at Generator Venice were surprisingly private and comfortable, with the added bonus of adjustable AC in the rooms. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful waterfront view while still being close to all the tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and available 24/7 for any questions or help needed.

This hostel is situated right on the waterfront, making it easily accessible via water taxi. The location provides a boho atmosphere and stunning views from some of the rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always available to answer any questions. The hostel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with personal sockets for charging phones. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast and reasonably priced food and drinks. it's a great place to relax and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

The queue for the bar can sometimes be long, with limited staff to serve the customers.

I had a fantastic view of Venice from this hotel! The location was perfect, right in front of the river where I could see the main island. The staff, especially Priscillia, were amazing and accommodating. Priscillia even helped me find a quiet space for a Skype interview. The breakfast of croissant and cappuccino was surprisingly satisfying. The map and advice on directions were super helpful, as well as the availability of lockers and laundry facilities. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were great. The sturdy ladders to the bunk beds were a nice touch.

Totally recommend this hotel.
