The hotel's decoration was beautiful and the views of the hills were stunning. The swimming pool was large and not crowded, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the charming town of Ravello. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome and assisting us with any questions or needs we had. They even booked a taxi for us to our next destination. The room was clean, comfortable, and decorated in a charming and traditional Italian style. We also enjoyed the convenience of room service and the amenities like the mini-bar and flat-screen TV. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The location was superb, right in the center of town and close to the main square. The room had a lovely terrace with breathtaking views. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh foods. The pool was amazing and a joy to swim in.

I did encounter some rude staff members who had a negative impact on my overall experience.
