The hotel's staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I was able to check in early and they even advised me on how to stay connected with a wifi box. The breakfast options were delicious, with plenty of choices for both Eastern and Western tastes. The location was also very convenient, with attractions like Little India and Arab St districts within a short walk. The nearby MRT stations made it easy to explore the city, and there was even a bus stop right in front of the hotel, offering easy access to Chinatown, Raffles Hotel, and Marina Bay Sands. Plus, the free unlimited wifi in my room was a great bonus, allowing me to plan my days easily.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Singapore for a week-long trip. The hotel provided us with great value for money and an excellent location. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were cleaned well every day. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a fabulous night's sleep. The hotel is also conveniently located near Bugis Markets and Bugis Junction Shopping precinct, as well as several MRT stations. There is even a convenience store right next door for all our needs.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's prime location. With three nearby MRT stations, it was incredibly convenient to explore the city and visit popular attractions. The early check-in option provided by the hotel was a huge plus, allowing us to settle in and start our holiday without any delays. the rooms were kept tidy with regular cleaning services, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I did have a few minor issues during my stay. I was disappointed to find that no spoons or forks were provided in the room, making it a bit inconvenient.

Convenient location - close to MRT and shopping center with plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff was helpful and even recommended a 24-hour restaurant across the road which served delicious and affordable food. The facilities were great, and the free wifi was a bonus.

The rooms could use a bit of updating. Some amenities were lacking upon arrival, such as empty shower bath and shampoo bottles.
