Proximity to Milano Centrale, glass walls allowing natural light, engaging elevator designs

Overpriced for the room and amenities!!! The air conditioning was broken and took too long to resolve!!! Cheap room amenities, like the absence of a tissue box!!! The outdated TV doesn't match a 4-star standard!!! Slow elevators were annoying!!!

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the main transport hub, clean and tidy rooms, and the staff showed genuine attentiveness to our needs during our stay.

Check-in took far too long and basic amenities like kettles were missing. Noise from the street disrupted our comfort, making it challenging to get a restful night's sleep.

staying at glam milano was great! the location is perfect for catching our train to the airport in the morning. we had a standard twin room with a nice view of central station. the staff was polite and always ready to help. breakfast had delicious coffee and pastries! also, the option for free luggage storage was super handy.

Upgraded to a room with a view of the main station, I enjoyed a spacious bathroom featuring an amazing rain shower. The friendly staff provided a complimentary upgrade, enhancing my experience. Breakfast was delightful, particularly the Italian strata, and the lounge area was very comfortable for relaxing. Highly recommend after a long trip!

I loved the complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite for my birthday, and the dinner buffet was fantastic! However, the TV was outdated and lacked smart features. disappointing for a 4-star.

Great location just across from the Central Station! You can catch the shuttle bus to Malpensa Airport easily. The breakfast was pretty decent too, with good options.
