Kayleigh, the desk manager, was such a chommie—helped us out when our lock decided to be a pain, moving bags and all, proper lekka service! The location is sharp-sharp, just a short stroll to the shops and the beach. The place is clean and cozy, totalling a winner for a brekkie before jolling at the sights!

The shower went cold way too quick for my liking, but we managed to sort it.

the murphy bed was uncomfortable and squeaky (definitely not what I expected). the location was perfect for getting to restaurants and stores quickly. our room had an amazing harbor view and the staff was quick to help us when needed.

the room was tired and the murphy bed was laughable, with no headboard and a mattress that felt like cardboard. not to mention the broken hot faucet that flew off every time! maybe, just maybe, they should've considered giving me an upgrade for my troubles! i almost gave a good review but just couldn't, that says it all.

Spacious suite, clean room, with a lovely kitchen that had all necessary utensils for cooking and a great harbor view that made for a pleasant atmosphere during my stay.

Everything met my expectations.

The Italian grilled meat at the Raw Bar was a highlight, and I snagged a lobster special for just $14.99! Plus, the spacious suites with stunning harbor views made it an absolute win. The electric fireplace added a cozy touch each evening.

But, I wish they kept Harborwalk open year-round like the other hotels. it feels like a gem waiting to be discovered more often! Still, everything sparkled during my stay.

Noise levels from the nearby bar plagued my stay!!! Cold showers were a frustrating surprise, and the lack of on-site laundry facilities added unnecessary hassle!!! The dated furniture could really use a modern upgrade!!!

It is a charming resort with spacious rooms and an incredible harbor view, and delightful local coffees available!

The location near downtown Falmouth and beaches is excellent, and the staff are helpful, especially Christine and Mike. However, the room we stayed in had a Murphy bed that was less than comfortable, and the kitchen lacked sufficient lighting. This place is suitable for families looking for a beach vacation but could benefit from room renovations and better amenities.

Had a lovely stay! The room had a charming electric fireplace that warmed my heart, and I appreciated the extra mattresses—they were a lifesaver for my back! The ambiance was simply delightful, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

But, good grief! Climbing those stairs with my knee was like auditioning for a reality show on disaster fatigue.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Spacious rooms with a well-equipped kitchenette and beautiful harbor views.
