I recently stayed at Aloft in a safe area of Columbus for a great price. The room was well-designed, utilizing space effectively. They provided a coffee maker with delicious coffee and even tea. The inviting lobby and friendly staff made my stay even better. The French toast and berries for breakfast were absolutely yummy! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxed and chill. Live music added to the fun, with Tim Owens being a great entertainer. Aloft is definitely the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, and it's suitable for families, couples, and friends. A very reasonably priced option.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made sure I felt welcomed and were always available to answer any questions I had. Secondly, the location of this hotel is fantastic. It's conveniently situated near the event I was attending and close to everything I needed, including restaurants and shops. Lastly, the rooms were great - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice bonus that added even more value for money.

As young holiday goers, we loved the sleek and hip decor of the rooms at Aloft Columbus Westerville. The facilities were immaculate, and the beds were super comfy. The hotel also had a great location near Inniswood Gardens, and the front desk staff gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The lounge area had cool amenities like games and spaces to hang out, making our stay fun and enjoyable. The new bartender, Antoinette, was amazing and made our time watching the OSU game in the lounge unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Aloft in Westerville for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. From check-in, Kate at the front desk was friendly, funny, and extremely helpful. Jean, who served breakfast, not only made delicious meals but also brought joy to our mornings with his delightful conversations. The hotel facilities were top-notch and impeccably clean. Despite being a pet-friendly hotel, it was spotless and I couldn't even tell pets were allowed. The staff, especially Nicole and Kaitlin, were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel's location was great and the price was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is simply amazing! the location is so convenient as it's close to the restaurants and venues that I was attending. Secondly, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and I loved that they paid attention to detail by having the maid come in to wipe off an area missed. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were great - from the comfy beds to the easy-to-use coffee maker and even the TV that I enjoyed watching with great sound.

The bathroom had hair and dust in the corners, which made me question the overall hygiene of the room. the walls were quite thin, and I could hear other guests talking and walking in the hallways late at night, which disturbed my peace and quiet.
