During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the beautiful surroundings and stunning views. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the main center of the town. We also enjoyed the fabulous pool facility, which provided a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

One of the biggest issues was being charged more than the quoted room rate, and the lack of English speaking staff made it difficult to resolve the issue at check out. Another downside was the lack of attentive staff at the pool, making it inconvenient to order drinks.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hotel Bristol. The position of the hotel was perfect, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere away from the city noise. The facilities, including the pools, jacuzzis, and sauna, were spacious and uncrowded. The staff, from the front desk to the bartenders and maids, were extremely attentive and provided exceptional service. The classic elegance of the hotel and its beautiful grounds added to the overall pleasant experience. The hotel's location, with a stunning view of the lake Maggiore and surrounded by beautiful flowers, made it even more delightful. The room was clean and quiet, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast and restaurant were also top-notch.

The only minor drawback was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Additionally, the shower design could be improved as water easily spilled out into the room.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the luxurious and opulent atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service. Here is a wonderful place! Located right on the shores of the lake, it’s just a short walk away from the town centre. The amenities in the rooms are great, and I especially loved the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. The poolside snack bar was a great spot for a quick bite in between swimming and relaxing in the sun.

I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.
