Loved the pool area with a great swim and the option of having food brought to us. Leaving our luggage was convenient for early check-in.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just off the main square and in a pedestrian zone. We were able to easily walk to all the sites we wanted to see. The staff was incredibly helpful in finding us a taxi at the last minute to take us to San Miguel. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options.

The hotel lacked some of the amenities we were hoping for. The pool and jacuzzi were not working properly, and the water was only at room temperature.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in the heart of a stunning Mexican city during the New Year festivities. the hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, right next to the main square and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. It was so convenient to step out of the hotel and be in the midst of all the action. the rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of minor downsides that I experienced during my stay. the noise from the surrounding area could be a bit bothersome at times, especially during the New Year celebrations.

The complementary wine and cheese in the afternoon were nice touches and helped us relax after walking around all day. the central location was perfect for exploring the area and anyone who loves the nightlife will appreciate being close to all the bars and clubs. the room size was what we were expecting and the bed was really comfortable which is always a plus.

On Thanksgiving morning especially, we thought we would receive at least something special, but it was just the same old boring breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't seem to have any soundproofing.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly loved the breakfast options available. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.
