As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the warm and welcoming staff at the reception. They made me feel right at home and always had a smile on their faces. The beautiful decor of the reception area added to the pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast spread was fantastic and there was plenty of delicious food to choose from.

Felt like they were family, no complaints.

I had a fantastic experience at a lovely hotel in Pisa. The room was small but clean, and the bathroom had a great shower. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The views from the roof-top bar were breathtaking, especially in the evening. It was just a short walk to the Tower and other attractions, with plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the main tourist area, within walking distance of the major Pisa sights, including an iconic landmark, which is very, very close. Despite being a visitor hotspot, parking can be difficult to find in designated areas, so plan accordingly.

Great central location, close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the city. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which offered a fantastic view of the city and a nice place to relax.

The room was in need of updating, with poor window fittings that allowed noise from nearby A/C and extractor fans to disturb our sleep. The room lacked proper insulation, resulting in moderate noise from the corridor.

We had an excellent stay here! This place had an amazing location in the main tourist area, just a stone's throw away from the main attraction, making it really easy for us to visit it. The staff gave us great service, were very friendly and helpful, although one member didn't show any interest. We were amazed by the variety of amenities here, including the comfortable and clean room, complete with heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, safe. We loved the terrace and sun terrace areas, the jacuzzi, and the leisure/TV room - perfect for an evening's rest.
