The architecture of the hotel is stunning, exuding a charming old-world elegance. The location is unbeatable, being just a stone's throw away from the center of Riva. The pool area, both indoors and outdoors, is incredibly inviting and perfect for relaxation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast, which was included, offered a good quality selection to start our day.

One minor drawback was that the room we booked, expecting a double room with a queen size bed, turned out to be a twin bed room with two beds pushed together. This setup was less than ideal for a couple as the two mattresses tended to shift apart.

stayed at a beautiful old world hotel with modern facilities and rooms. the staff was incredibly helpful and the included breakfast had ample choices. the location was perfect, within walking distance of the center and many restaurants. despite the corona measures in place, the facilities were excellent and the hotel made sure to keep everything as safe as possible.

The hotel is perfectly located in the central, but at the same quiet area of the city. It is conveniently close to the lakeside and main shopping area, making it easy to explore. The rooms were of a very high standard, and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious local products, and the beautiful terrace next to the outdoor pool made for a delightful dining experience.

Some facilities like the entrance were very luxury and classy, but other parts of the hotel fell short in terms of materials and arrangements.

The complementary muffins and cakes were a nice touch during breakfast. the hotel's location was quite convenient and easy to get around. the pool area looked fantastic and the sauna and steam rooms were super relaxing.

The indoor pool water was too cold to enjoy even when the weather outside was nice. the coffee machine wasn't up to par for making delicious cappuccinos or espressos.
