The hotel's location in the centre of the city, right on the wide Piazza Santa Maria Novella, was fantastic. I could easily walk to all the major sights in this city. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat, and the views from up there were beautiful, especially at sunset. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great recommendations for things to see and do. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with mirrors galore in the bathroom.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room at Grand Hotel Minerva was surprisingly spacious and the bath made me happy. The hotel paid special attention to guests during renovations, with good communication and extra service. The location was excellent, with a nice square outside and within a 10-minute walk to historic attractions. The staff were amazing, nice, helpful, and supportive. We were even allowed a late checkout at 2pm for free. The ongoing construction was a minor inconvenience, but we received a free upgrade to the new section, along with free minibar, room service. The room itself was modern, spacious, clean, and had the best shower ever. The hotel also provided free internet, and the car parking service was convenient for exploring the city.

Convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and major attractions. The hotel is situated in a beautiful square with good restaurant options nearby. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and nice bathroom amenities. The breakfast offered a great variety of food and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning was turned off during my stay, so I had to keep the windows open for fresh air, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room. The reception staff could be a bit slow and not as helpful as expected, especially when it came to concierge services.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my mom's injury. The breakfast had a wide selection of food and the room was comfortable and soundproof. The rooftop pool and bar were jaw-dropping, with STUNNING views of the city. This hotel exceeded all our expectations and was by far the best one we stayed at in Italy.
