I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was worth every penny! The room had the most amazing view of the port, and even though it was small, it had a spacious bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, and the staff treated me like royalty.

The Grand Hotel in Portovenere is simply stunning with its waterfront views and stylish decor. The staff are the friendliest and most engaging we have encountered on our travels. The food is exceptional, a real treat. The hotel is perfectly positioned for catching the ferry to Cinque Terre.

As a frequent traveler, I stayed at Grand Hotel Portovenere for my honeymoon. The location was great, right on the quayside, and the restaurant staff were fantastic - cheery and helpful. I appreciated that they accepted our dog, and the bottle of prosecco as a honeymoon gift was a lovely touch.

Location and views were absolutely stunning, with easy access to the nearby Cinque Terre. the staff was courteous and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were modern, well-equipped, and super comfortable.

There was an additional charge for ordering tea or bringing a glass of ice to the room, which was frustrating considering the high room rate. Additionally, there were some bees at breakfast that could be bothersome.

Reception staff were fantastic and the room spacious with a lovely port and town view. Stunning location and views from the hotel, our room, and terrace. Excellent service from restaurant and bar staff. Early check-in was accommodated with care. The staff went above and beyond to assist and make our stay memorable.

The highlight of my stay at Grand Hotel Portovenere was the stunning location. The views of the marina were like something out of a movie and the terrace breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The underground parking garage was a little tricky to navigate, but the staff were helpful in guiding me through. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
