The hotel room was extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the fresh fruit breakfast option. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Comfort Inn. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Clean, modern rooms with good parking and laundry facilities. Helpful staff and fair breakfast options including waffles, cereal, and sandwiches. Great location for shopping and dining, as well as events such as the Cowboy poet Gathering. Comfy beds and polite evening clerk who pointed out parking security cameras. Employee Cola provided excellent service in the breakfast area.

The hotel had a decent location near stores and restaurants, making it easy to grab some food or pick up essentials. The room was average, but the bathroom was clean, and the staff was friendly. You can enjoy free breakfast with some basic options and make use of the elevator facilities.

The hotel could benefit from having additional staff during peak hours, since there were times when the front desk was unattended, causing delay and inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The manager was awesome - very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we felt very safe in the area. The hotel facilities, including the vending machine and washer/dryer, worked well. The staff was helpful and even pointed out where the cameras were located in the parking area, allowing us to park our show bike in a safe spot. The location in the Sierra Vista area was close to stores, restaurants, and shopping. a great experience.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in Sierra Vista for a week-long business trip. The hotel's location next to the Commons shopping area and close proximity to Ft Huachuca main gate made it extremely convenient. The well-maintained facilities including the rooms, pool, and gym were impressive. However, the standout feature of this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to Cola, who serviced the breakfast area and provided excellent service with a smile.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly and helpful manager. The vending machine and washer/dryer were convenient and in good working condition. The room had plenty of pillows, great water pressure, and an abundance of towels.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the two complementary facts offered in our room that made our stay more comfortable. the hotel’s location was convenient for us as it was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. we found it to be an advantage that we could easily access the main roads for our day trips.

The first night we were not provided with the correct room, and it took a while for us to get things sorted out. the breakfast was below average, and the noisy location made it hard for us to get a good night’s sleep.

Great check-in experience! The staff asked if I had stayed at the hotel before and gave me a warm welcome as a gold member. Nice room snack and personalized letter from the operations manager, Nicole. The room was clean and had a good-sized TV and fridge. The pool and jacuzzi looked inviting, and the breakfast was delicious with friendly staff. Good WiFi and parking.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the city center and other attractions. the breakfast provided was enjoyable and the staff member attending to the breakfast area was friendly and polite. the hotel appeared new and well-maintained.

There were some issues with the amenities in the room - the curtains were torn, the bathtub was discolored, and the lounge chair was worn. the internet connection was unreliable, constantly disconnecting during use.

Bed was excellent. Breakfast needs improvement. Helpful staff. Good parking. Quiet room.

Best aspects of this hotel were the cleanliness, convenient location for our birding activities, nearby restaurants and shopping options, and the helpful staff. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and we had no issues with parking or transportation.
