We have stayed at this place multiple times and we always have a great experience. The location is fantastic, close to all the main areas and within easy walking distance to the funicular for Montecatini Alto. The hotel is situated in a pedestrian zone, making it peaceful and relaxing. The service is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff is friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The room amenities are excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony or terrace to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also offers a range of facilities such as a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and massage services. this hotel provides everything we need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel in a fantastic location, just minutes away from the main square and close to shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and amenities like a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite a few noise issues with other guests, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for a visit. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Excellent price/quality ratio, close to center, quiet. Posh atmosphere, comfortable. Close to sea and Florence. New and clean bathrooms. Comfortable rooms and beds. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Perfect location for restaurants and shops. Good motorway access. Off-road parking available. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great train connections to explore Tuscany. Comfortable car parking.

The hotel's breakfast was excellent with a range of hot and cold dishes on offer. The location was really convenient, right next to a park and within easy walking distance to the supermarket. We also appreciated the air conditioning which kept the room nice and cool.

The noise from outside, particularly late at night and early in the morning, was quite disruptive to our sleep. the main courses offered for dinner were not to our liking, but the pasta dishes and starter bar were good.
