The spacious room offered a lovely view overlooking the quarry garden, complemented by a very comfy bed and efficient air conditioning. The extensive breakfast spread featured a delightful combination of cooked and cold selections served in a magnificent dining room. A highlight was the large, deep pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. While the beach club proved enjoyable, securing a spot can be challenging as it tends to get busy. The staff's friendliness, especially during happy hour, added a personal touch to the experience.

I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of sun beds at the pool, which caused a scramble among guests. Additionally, charging for pool towels seems very out of touch and diminishes the overall value of the stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, making any work from the hotel challenging. I expected much more for the price paid, and this experience fell short in many critical areas.

I absolutely loved the grand old style of the place! ! The pool on the 2nd level was like an oasis, perfect for an evening dip after a long day, and breakfast had a nice selection to start my day right.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it’s still reasonable.

staying here felt fantastic as it was just a 20-minute walk to the beautiful archaeological park and even closer to the Bellomo Palace Regional Gallery, making it easy to soak in all the history and culture Syracuse has to offer.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend excursion in Syracuse with fantastic value for money. The location is fine, with plenty of parking and a convenient hop-on/hop-off bus nearby for just €5 a day. Check the bar for any happy hour deals to kick off your evening.
