Allowed for a later check-out time and provided wheelchair and extra pillows for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Oak Brook area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, arranging transportation to our work location. They were proactive in finding solutions to any issues that arose. The room was comfortable, with a big flat screen and the option to use our own Netflix account. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the continental breakfast offered a make-your-own waffle station, which was a delicious and enjoyable start to our mornings. The location was convenient for us, as it was close to the airport and in a business district off Cermack Road in the western suburbs.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful, providing me with easy directions to avoid toll roads. I also appreciated their recommendation for a nearby antique mall in La Grange. The hotel itself was clean and had a homelike atmosphere, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The hot breakfast provided a range of healthy options, and the friendly staff always had a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for a great and fairly quiet experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, just as expected. the bed and bedding were comfortable, and the room was spacious and quiet. the work station was a nice addition, perfect for getting some work done during my stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the towels in the bathroom were big and soft. the flat screen TV had a good channel selection and variety, and the WiFi worked very well. the hotel was located in a quiet area with easy access, which was a plus. Additionally, the parking, although a bit of a walk, was typical for a multi-story facility.

One downside was the early morning contact with the front desk staff. It was difficult to reach them at 5:45 am because they were delivering statements throughout the facility.

The hotel offers complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi which was a nice surprise. the location is easily accessible to several major highways and provided easy access to the surrounding area attractions. the hotel has a fitness center which allowed us to continue our gym routine while on vacation.

The room was quite small and felt cramped. there was no refrigerator in the room which made it difficult to keep our drinks and snacks cold.
