The location is really great, very close to Vatican City, which means we were never more than a stone's throw away from great food and amazing sights. The staff was very helpful and polite, always ready to assist and solve any problems. The basic amenities in the room were well taken care of and the rooms were left immaculately clean by the chambermaids.

The hotel can improve on its distance from the metro and train stations, as it is a bit far.

They were polite, informative, and always willing to help with travel arrangements and restaurant recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean, with excellent maid service. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to St. Peter's Square, the Vatican Museum, and other popular attractions. The bus stop right in front of the hotel was convenient for exploring further, such as Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum. We also appreciated the fact that there was a Carrefour shop nearby, open until late every day. our experience at Gravina San Pietro was fantastic, and we would definitely stay there again.
