Yo, lekker central spot! Everything's just a short stroll, which made my days easy-peasy. The staff were super helpful, and my room had this amazing decor that felt like stepping back in time. Totally vibey breakfast area too, I was in heaven with all the options!

Ag man, just a small nag – the spa was a bit busy when I wanted to go.

I almost thought about giving this place a decent review, but I just couldn’t. the street noise is horrendous and the breakfast is pathetic, not even a decent avocado was spared for a proper meal. Also, no one seemed to care about the noise or the unclean amenities, and I definitely expected complimentary treatment for my troubles. outrageous!

Dude, the fresh flowers and choccies in the room were a sweet surprise! Chilled in the beautiful lobby with a drink. proper kuier spot. Breakfast was lekker too, loads of options and tasty brekkie! Deffs the location is a bonus, all the sights just a stroll away.

The main restaurant was closed for two nights, which was a bit of a bummer, but the bar kept us sorted with apertivi!

an excellent stay with super friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. location was ideal, right near all the must-see spots in florence. the breakfast spread was great, lots of fresh pastries and delicious coffee!

I had an extremely frustrating experience trying to sleep in my room due to an adjacent nightclub that thumped until the early hours. Additionally, I was disappointed with the quality of the welcome Prosecco. it felt cheap and not a fitting gesture for a high-end establishment. The breakfast variety was lacking, and the rooms, while beautiful, didn't meet the high expectations I had for a luxury hotel.

i almost thought about giving this place a decent review, but i just couldn’t. having a beautiful room was nice, but the NO full-length mirror was beyond ridiculous! plus, breakfast was so amateur that they charged me for avocado slices when i sent my dish back. don’t even get me started on the noisy pool restrictions. pathetic.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the beautiful lobby area and had delicious meals from the restaurant. The location is prime – just a short walk to must-see spots like the Duomo and Uffizi. Breakfast options were cool too! Definitely recommend adding breakfast to your stay.

the breakfast was good but could use more variety. the room was large with lovely mattresses and linens. complimentary fresh berries and prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. overall, a fantastic stay in a great location.

It was just a fine choice for getting around the area in Florence with value for price. The daily parking service was super convenient, making it easy to explore without worrying about the car. Check out the nearby hidden cafes for a true local experience.

Really loved the stay here! The staff was super friendly, always ready to help us out with suggestions and even got us a nice fruit basket. The restaurant had some awesome dishes, and breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries. Only wish the hot tub had longer hours. we missed out on a soak after a day of exploring.
