I've been staying at Starhotels Collezione for over 5 years, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent, right in the heart of everything but still peaceful. The staff, especially Andrea at the reception, are incredibly friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, even accommodating a room change for me. The restaurant and room service staff, particularly Alessandro, were lovely and provided excellent service. The hotel is clean and the decor is pleasing. it's a 10/10 experience at a great rate.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. It was very close to the big square, exclusive shops, and all the main attractions. The location was central, allowing me to easily walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, great shopping areas, and wonderful restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The staff were attentive, professional, and very helpful.

We arrived at the hotel in the early morning hours after a concert in a nearby village. The night manager, being concerned for our safety, was on the lookout for us and relieved when we arrived. The hotel even offered to park our car in their garage and return it to the rental agency for us the next day. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were truly 5 star with the most comfortable beds. I recently stayed at the Helvetia&Bristol in Florence for 5 nights. The staff was excellent! They were polite and incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious and there was an all day restaurant on site with a great selection. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel's perfect central location made it the best choice for exploring Florence.
