I had a small issue with my booking, but Jasmine, the hotel staff, resolved it immediately. She was kind, patient, and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The restaurant was stunning, and although the food was pricey, it was absolutely phenomenal. The entire kitchen staff, from Sonya to the sous chef and the chef, were friendly and made us feel relaxed and well-fed. The breakfast options were spectacular, and we can't wait to come back.

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was exceptional. The location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and a mall, making it convenient for me to walk around. Additionally, it was situated close to everything I needed, and the highway access was just a short drive away. The breakfast provided was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I had a great experience with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation.

We were truly impressed with the spa and wellness center, which featured a swimming pool, body scrubs, massages, and beauty treatments. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of location, service, and amenities.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the rooms were not properly cleaned as promised, and the towels brought by the staff were dropped on the floor before being presented to us.
