The hotel staff, besides the lady from breakfast, showed a lack of empathy and understanding when we had to pay for an additional night due to unfavorable weather conditions. Their inflexibility in offering a discount or considering the circumstances left us disappointed.

Spent Christmas in a charming hotel tucked away in the mountains with spectacular views. the warm and welcoming staff made the experience even better. the restaurant offered scrumptious dishes made with local ingredients, and the sauna was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Plus, the hotel had secure parking for our car.

The room was a bit small, but it was cozy and comfortable. the hotel was located up a windy road, so it took a bit of time to travel from the ski slopes.
