During my recent stay at Eurostars, I was impressed by the beautiful decor and stylish ambiance of the hotel. The rooms were small but comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. I especially appreciated the spacious bathrooms, although they could use some additional amenities like storage shelves and towel rails. The location of the hotel was convenient, although it was a bit far from the restaurants in the city center, particularly on cold winter nights. I had a pleasant experience at Eurostars and would recommend it to others.

The terrace had an amazing city view, and the roof was available for all guests. The staff was super helpful, and they even parked our car nearby for extra money. Highly recommended!

On the bright side, the hotel is ideally located near key attractions and offers a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a peaceful stay. The friendly and courteous desk staff also received praise for their prompt baggage handling and assistance with taxis. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well laid out, providing a comfortable space for solo travelers.

Some guests were displeased with the service, as one staff member was unhelpful and refused to provide water to a dehydrated guest.

I had an amazing experience staying here! The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions and in a safe and quiet area. The staff was exceptional, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and catered to all my needs, from check-in to check-out. The room was great, with all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sitting area.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Eurostars exceeded our expectations with its polite and professional staff who offered great recommendations for restaurants and sights. the complimentary breakfast had a terrific selection and the room amenities, like the hot pot and tea/coffee, were a real treat. the location was also perfect, within walking distance of S. Croce and offering stunning views from the terrace.

We had an amazing stay at Eurostars! the hotel decor is stunning and the room was spacious with a terrace. the staff was always happy to help and the breakfast area was gorgeous with dim tasteful lighting and a beautifully laid buffet spread. the location was perfect - close to the city center but in a quiet area near the river. Highly recommended!
