The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. They provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and delicious dining options in the local area. I was particularly impressed with the level of security at the hotel, with two locked doors before reaching the rooms. The availability of food and drink 24 hours a day was a real bonus after long days exploring. The room itself was spacious, clean, and decorated with great attention to detail. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The breakfast served had a wide variety of options and the coffee was especially good.

I recently stayed at the B&B Home In and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated in a quieter area but still very close to all the main attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and I felt like I was staying in my own home with the personal bundle of keys. The room was cool and comfortable, even in the heat. Plus, the included breakfast was delicious and the espresso machine was a pleasant surprise. a lovely place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B. the location was excellent, just a short walk across the river to the main tourist spots. It was much quieter on this side, which was a nice change of pace. There were plenty of restaurants nearby for dining options. the staff, especially Francesca and her colleague, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the beautifully decorated rooms, and the breakfast had a great variety of options including fruit, cereal, pastries, meats. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We also appreciated having a fridge in the room to store our drinks and snacks. it was an excellent experience!

The staff wasn't always available at the front desk, but they made sure to communicate with us beforehand and were still easily reachable by phone. The only minor downside was that the bedspread didn't seem clean, but the linens were fine. It's also not a modern hotel, but the charming and authentic decor added to the overall experience.

We were warmly welcomed by Paulo upon our arrival, even though we came late in the evening. He provided us with excellent parking assistance and gave us valuable recommendations for exploring the city. The room we stayed in was spacious and much more comfortable than the pictures depicted. It was just a short walk to the iconic Ponte Vecchio and the historic center. a great value choice for a city break. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we highly recommend B&B Home In Florence.
