The hotel offers a wide range of services, including car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry, making our stay hassle-free. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. We also enjoyed the dining options at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was fantastic, and we loved having our meals on the outdoor dining area.

Great location with easy beach and town access, lovely pool area. Walk along the front to reach Ischia Ponte in 15-20 minutes. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean accommodation. Good breakfast and plenty of dining options nearby. Top-notch service from knowledgeable, English-speaking staff. Spacious room with large, comfortable bed and daily maintenance. Staff, especially Fillippo, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff were evident at every level.

I had a minor issue with the room on the first day, but it was quickly and efficiently sorted out with no fuss. The hotel's location was perfect, just minutes away from fantastic restaurants at the Port area and with direct access to the beach. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, as the location was perfect - right next to the beach! It was so tempting to go for a swim every day. The hotel was also close to shops, bars, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a variety of options, including delicious cakes. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, such as a pool and spa, that helped us relax after a busy day.

Felt like visiting family, nothing to complain about

The pool area was pleasant and the view from the balcony offered a lovely sight. the location was great, with many shops and restaurants nearby. It was convenient to travel around the area as I had access to public transportation.

The food was below average, not what I expected during Thanksgiving. As a single female traveler, I did not feel welcome and the staff did not show much effort to make me feel comfortable.

Lovely Italian ambiance, helpful reception staff, clean rooms, great sea views, fantastic location.
