the location of this hotel is way too far from the train station. dragging my luggage over those ugly bridges was just, ugh. the shower was so cramped I almost lost a toe, and to top it off, no one bothered to offer me a room upgrade. i almost wrote a good review, but couldn't ignore the chaos!
