We had a marvelous stay at a hotel in Riyadh. the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff at Crowne Plaza - Rdc were extremely friendly, respectful, and professional. They were quick to assist us with any needs or requests we had, making our experience exceptional. the breakfast provided was also top-notch, with a variety of delicious options. We were impressed overall and have now made Crowne Plaza our exclusive choice for future stays in Riyadh.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Riyadh for a business trip. The staff were superb, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The facilities were first class, and the quality of the building and rooms were excellent. I especially loved the fabulous bathroom in my room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, with the option for on-the-spot preparation of scrambled eggs. The staff, particularly Scott, were very polite, kind, and friendly. a great hotel experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great as we could easily catch a taxi and explore lovely places. The service was superb. Room service was available 24/7 and housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy. The spa and wellness centre was amazing with a sauna and outdoor swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and receptive to our needs.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Riyadh and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was in excellent condition. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast, with perfect bread and amazingly delicious croissants. The gym was clean and had top-notch equipment. Special mention to Awad, a staff member who always greeted me with a smile and kind words. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants, a theater, and a mall. it is one of my favorite hotels and I highly recommend it.

This hotel delivers an exceptional and luxury experience with its exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, and massage services. the service provided exceeded my expectations, each staff member was welcoming and accommodating. the restaurant's breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from, while the lemonade served at the snack bar was refreshing. I enjoyed the room advantages, including a pleasant view and a private deep bathtub, providing a relaxing experience.

Spent my Easter in a hotel and it was amazing. the complementary breakfast and spa services were top-notch. the hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which made my stay more relaxing. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from my room and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was not cleaned properly when I arrived, and it took a while for someone to fix the toilet flush when it broke down. the location is a bit far from most attractions, so I had to rely on a taxi to take me to places like restaurants and shops.

We had an amazing time in our hotel rewarded with an excellent experience. Compared to any other low level restaurant, the nearby lovely places stand out due to university close by traffic jams and shopping facilities. Besides the spacious and super clean room with the comfortable bathroom, the friendly staff allowed us to enjoy a top-notch service. Moreover, the breakfast with crisp waffles was one of the many delicious options available. The valet parking service was an excellent means of taking care of our vehicle.

We missed having access to a hair salon and spa for ladies.

The staff at the Club Lounge, especially Gio, was outstanding - attentive, en pointe, very supportive. The room was fabulous, and we especially loved the bathroom. The Concierge was friendly and helpful, even offering us a Koi discount voucher without prompt.

The spacious and well-designed room with a comfy bed made for a great stay. Excellent location and helpful staff, especially Ms. Tahani from reception. The Quara Robot was a fun touch. a great experience that I would recommend.
