I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Merano called Aurora. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. the hotel is family-owned, which creates a warm and personal atmosphere. the location is perfect, right by the river and just a short walk to the charming "Old Town" street and shops. the front desk staff was always smiling and ready to assist.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. It is perfectly located in the center of this charming city, surrounded by beautiful Alp-ian peaks and on the traffic-free riverside. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, right on the waterfront and in the center of town. I enjoyed the wonderful view from my balcony, which was a great way to start each day.

There were a few aspects of my stay that could have been improved. One of the disappointments was the breakfast.

Some guests reported difficulty with the check-in procedure and parking arrangements.

Lovely stay with a big difference between room categories. We upgraded to a better room with a river view and a beautiful balcony. The breakfast buffet included was amazing, like having breakfast and lunch together. The staff was helpful despite the language barrier. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the biggest spa in town. I loved the discount they offered for parking in the underground garage and also for the spa entrance. The breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable with a nice balcony. Despite some traffic noise, it wasn't too bothersome. The staff was welcoming and made sure we had a great experience.

The value for money at Hotel Aurora was incredible, with clean and cozy rooms and a beautiful view of the river from our balcony. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the Terme, and the staff treated us with friendliness and warmth throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a hip, modern hotel in the heart of town. The brand new design room was stylish and comfortable, with sleek furnishings and funky lighting. The central location was unbeatable, right on the Promenade and just a short walk from the Therme. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included in the price. The hotel even provided a 3-hour pass to the Therme for each night of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its modern rooms, great location, and added extras.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - right on the promenade with lots of restaurants and the Christmas Markets just a short walk away. Plus, the thermal baths are just across the bridge. It was perfect for any activity. I loved being able to enjoy dinner on the warm evenings and the food was delicious. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that the breakfast room management could have been better. However, I would still recommend this hotel to my friends without hesitation.
