My husband and I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Richmond. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast provided was sufficient for our needs and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, close to shopping areas and with easy access to the highway. We also appreciated the fair price for our single room with a king-size bed.

The top floor, which had been renovated, felt brand new and added to our overall comfort. I want to give a special shoutout to Tiana, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She handled a reservation confusion with grace and even helped another guest before us. Another feature I loved was the subtle light above the closet, which served as a perfect night light.

Kevin at the desk was particularly helpful and gave me excellent directions. I also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water he offered me. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options, and the staff who served it were attentive and friendly.
