The hotel had a very convenient location, just a short walk away from a popular attraction. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even arranging for an early breakfast when I had to leave early. the room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the daily towel change.

One drawback was the noise that carried throughout the hotel, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the uphill walk to the hotel could be challenging for those with health issues or limited mobility.

For the price we paid, our stay at Hotel Berti was great value. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a newly refurbished bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the St. Francis Basilica and the bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right at the entrance into the old city. the front garden was beautiful and added to the overall charm of the hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The towels provided in the room were not of good quality and felt more like tablecloth-type towels commonly found in Europe. This was a small inconvenience, but worth mentioning.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, with a beautiful stone building and rustic wooden interior. The provided water bottles in the room were a nice touch. The location was ideal, with easy access to bus and parking facilities. The nearby restaurant was excellent and I dined there two nights in a row.

The only slight downside was the roughness of the bath towels. However, this was a minor issue and didn't detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Stayed at Berti, an excellent hotel with a convenient location near the train station. the bus stop is just 50m away and it's a short walk to all the sights in the old city. the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. the owner and staff were kind and accommodating. the buffet breakfast offered a variety of foods and beverages. Despite it being the off-season, the room rate was a great value.
