The location was perfect, right opposite a lively nightclub that played music all night, adding an exciting and vibrant atmosphere to our stay. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that all our needs were met. We were impressed with the excellent room service, allowing us to enjoy delicious meals in the comfort of our spacious and well-appointed room. The housekeeping staff kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site car hire service, which made exploring the city a breeze.

I had a great stay at Alcazar - Guadalajara Centro Historico. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Centro Historico and right across from a Metro station. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and the hot water was a nice bonus. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to a metro station and within walking distance of the historical center. It was so convenient to explore the city from here. Rooms were in excellent condition and very comfortable. the shower had great water pressure and hot water. Housekeeping was of very high standard, keeping the room spotless and paying close attention to detail. the entire interior of the hotel was nicely decorated. the location was perfect, close to both the historic and shopping areas. It was also conveniently located on the bus route. the staff, especially Ariana, Juan, and Lili, were extremely helpful and kind. the restaurant served a great breakfast.

The included breakfast was disappointing, with long wait times and ordinary food. Some nearby streets were rundown, although we still felt safe.
