Location: the hotel was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the main attractions and lively markets. It made exploring Guadalajara so much easier and saved us a lot of transportation hassle.

Uncomfortable Pillows: the only downside we experienced during our stay was the pillows. They weren't the most comfortable, and it would have been nice to have a better choice of pillows for a good night's sleep.
