so-called amenities like the soap were in tiny dispensers. i expected a room upgrade for the disgraceful service, yet here i was treated like any other regular guest. honestly, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Noise issues from nearby nightlife and trains could easily be addressed!!! Limited storage space in rooms is quite inconvenient for longer stays!!! A need for better soundproofing and cleaner amenities would enhance the experience!!!

The room we stayed in was clean and well equipped, just what we needed for a night of fun. The breakfast was a real highlight. buffet style and tons of options for everyone, just like the way I like to stack up on the essentials.

Spacious accommodations for a family of four provided excellent value, complemented by the attentive and friendly staff who assisted with luggage and check-in. The location was a huge plus, situated conveniently close to major attractions and public transport. However, noise from nearby trains proved disruptive at night, requiring earplugs for a restful sleep. Despite some minor room-related inconveniences, the welcoming atmosphere and delicious homemade biscuits at breakfast made for a pleasant experience.

Easy check-in and a brilliant location. Loved that the hotel felt secure after hours with a guard at the door, making me feel like royalty. Plus, the rooms were pretty clean and comfortable for a one-night stay.

The air-con was more of a glorified fan! And let's be honest, I could feel the ‘springs’ of my bed like they were telling me secrets.

the so-called queen room had a sewage smell upon check-in, just lovely! and woudl it kill them to fix the noise issues from neighbors? I expected a welcome gift for such a disastorous check-in experience, yet I was treated like anyone else. almost gave a good review, but that woudl ve been too generous!

I stayed in a family room with a stunning view of Newcastle Castle. The shower had excellent pressure, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious!

Loved the power shower and the comfy bed! The breakfast buffet had a great variety, but I missed fresh air since the windows didn't open. Would stay again!

the hotel is centrally located, right by the railway station, and offers good service. the staff, especially the general manager, were exceedingly helpful and made my stay enjoyable. breakfast options include special diets, and the bar area is a cozy spot for a late-night drink. 🍳
